JnA Travel Moments runs this Planner. We use a necessary session cookie, without advertising or cross-site tracking. Your messages, AI interpretation and trip facts stay in temporary server memory for up to 30 minutes of inactivity, and may clear earlier if the server restarts. Reset removes the current trip from that session. We do not write your messages or briefs to our analytics or application logs.
Cloudflare hosts the service and handles connection data. We use a daily coded network identifier to limit requests; it is replaced on the next active day. We keep aggregate counts of sessions, guide choices, accepted and rejected replies, errors, tokens and feedback. Feedback records only your selected rating, not your message or identity.
When you submit, your message and relevant prior trip context are sent to OpenAI. We request no stored response, but OpenAI may retain abuse-monitoring data for up to 30 days under its standard API policy. Reset cannot delete provider-side security records.
